Our Mission
To provide a unique platform for teen artists in secondary schools to showcase their talents, develop their creative skills, and compete for prestigious awards and scholarships. HIASFEST aims to nurture the next generation of creative leaders in Nigeria.
Our Vision
To become the premier festival for teen artists in Africa, recognized globally for excellence in creative education and youth development. We envision a Nigeria where every young person has the opportunity to discover and develop their creative potential.
Festival Details
Everything you need to know about HIASFEST structure and participation
Target Audience
Teen artists in secondary schools across Nigeria. Some categories are open to all ages, particularly the indigenous languages category.
Duration
A 4-day festival minus arrival. Students can attend independently with parental support if their school is not participating.
Awards & Prizes
Scholarship schemes, special awards, national literary prizes, and cash prizes for winning schools. The first position takes N1m for a grand science project.
